Due to a new policy change with Lumen, ALL users will be required to change their Lumen password.
Upon your next login you will be prompted to follow these steps:
- User will be allowed to change their own password
- Password must be at least 8 characters
- Password must have 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
- Password much have 1 special character
- Please make these change by 7:00 pm, Tuesday, December 15th, 2020
